I couldn’t gather anything from the screen that came up once I clicked on it - it just looked like the regular team viewer screen to me. I clicked on it right away but as suddenly as it appeared, it disappeared. However, when exit the program, the shortcut logo will still shows in TeamViewer logo. The customisation will change the look of the download window and the QuickSupport interface. So, I was on my work laptop, pulling out docs I’m working on from certain file folders when all of a sudden I see on the bottom menu bar, near where the time, wifi connection appears on the bottom right side, the team viewer logo appears, with a little red (circle or exclamation point?) on it. With customised QuickSupport, you are able to upload designated logo and change the color, text of the interface of QuickSupport. For instance, you might be called into a manager’s office to discuss the two strikes against you, unbeknownst to you that you ever did anything wrong yet having to move forward from that point with the knowledge that you only get one more chance. I’m working remotely for an organization that can be very sneaky in the way they govern their staff. I initially posted this in r/ComputerSecurity before I found this sub
